I'm on fire Dear Readers! My mind was flooded with post ideas this week. I hope you are enjoying the bounty of my brain.
I'd like to wish the Technicolor Cutie Blog a very Happy Second Birthday! When I first started this blog I never knew it would receive such a warm response. I was quite lonely in my own vintage land, so the main reason for the TC Blog was to reach out and make friends. I am really shy in person, but the Blog has allowed me to come out of my shell! I really enjoy the lovely conversational comments that you've been leaving!! Keep them coming, I LOVE replying back to you. They are little presents I get to open and return, which makes me so grateful to have all of you out there in the internetal abyss.
Now unto the Friday Top Five!
SO excited for this! Tasha and Rochelle have graciously put together another sew along for all of us to participate in! All of you know I am a novelty cotton-aholic. I am going to dive into my pile o' cotton and see what I can muster up for this!
Elisa over at Like a Tree in the Desert Blog, and I met for a little Blogger meet-up when she was in town a few weeks ago. Here is her post about it!
The first blogs I read were from the UK area. Here, Fleur from Dairy of a Vintage Girl writes about the Chap Olympiads. How amazing are the girls matching dresses?
My girl Wendy, kindly shares a free 1930's play suit pattern!
One of my favorite Blogs, The Mid-Century Menu posts about vintage cook books for sale online.
Want to share something I should read on your Blog or you've come across the internet?
